- SIZING: Using a soft, flexible tape measure, find the circumference around the widest part of your body where you plan to wear the binder. 30-45 in. fits 30"-45", 45-60 in. fits 45”- 60”, 60-75 in. fits 60”- 75”, 75-90 in. fits 75”- 90”. Based on preference the NYOrtho plush abdominal binder is offered in 3 panel for shorter torsos and 4 panel for longer torsos or just for a more encompassing compression.
- BREATHABLE: Designed with plush material on belly area that is soft and breathable to provide extra comfort for the user. Easily camouflaged beneath clothing due to white color and can be kept clean with machine wash on warm with mild detergent. Fasten hook and loop prior to washing.

INSTRUCTIONS: To apply binder on oneself detach binder from hook and loop and place binder around your waist, holding the side with the tag in your right hand. Using your left hand, pull the binder towards your abdomen. The more you pull in this step, the tighter the binder securement will be. Stretch binder with right hand until reaching desired compression and attach elastic to binder.
