By establishing prescribed hours when the black or yellow surfaces should be facing up, caregivers can easily determine if repositioning protocols are being followed. The Wedge high-density foam Wheelchair Cushion is recommended for pressure elimination. An incontinent-proof cover is included for easy maintenance.

Note: All vinyl-covered, soft foundation wedges are supplied with two-color surfaces. The same is true of wedges with cloth outer covers, vinyl inner covers, foam filling, and soft foundations. Remove the cloth covers if you want to use the two-color surfaces.
