- SIZING - To choose the correct size, measure the circumference of the lower part of the calf muscle. Petite Adult / Pediatric fits a calf circumference of up to 15”. Average Adult fits a calf circumference of up to 20”. Large Adult / Bariatric fits a calf circumference of up to 25”.
